KISS announce brand new stations and presenters for 2018
KISS have announced some big changes for 2018 including two new channels and two brand new shows on the main KISS network.
The changes follow the appointment of former Capital London employee David Farrar, who joins the network as Cross-Platform Content Manager.
The two new channels are KISS James and KISS Grime, which will both be available via the KISS Kube app. Andy Roberts, KISS Group Programme Director said “Audience’s behaviour is rapidly evolving and these plans are designed to give more choice of music, exciting new DJs and programming all underpinned by pioneering multi-platform and instant on-demand content across our Network of brands; KISS, KISS Fresh and KISSTORY.
David has a skill in growing digital engagement and joins us at an exciting time as we further evolve the KISS brand with the ambition to reach a wider audience with our content.”
David Farrar added, “KISS is a world-famous youth music brand, and I can’t wait to join the team and help lead what looks set to be a huge year ahead!” .
The two new shows come from upcoming presenters Tom Green and Sam Darlaston. Tom will host the evening show on KISS 7-11pm Sunday – Thursday, whilst rising star Sam will host Sunday to Wednesday from 11pm every night alongside his Kiss Fresh shows at 7pm Mon to Thursday. He also has a brand new show on Kiss Fresh, Sunday afternoons from 3pm
KISS Fresh is investing in a variety of new shows as well, with specialist DJs Tiffany Calver, DJ S.K.T, DJ Hype and Rude Kid all joining the station.
