Love Island sneak peak: The new lads cause a right old stir tonight...

After an eventful 24 hours in the Villa in the aftermath of Kendall’s departure, yet another shake up awaits as the girls awaken to find two brand new boys waiting for them by the pool.

Josh and Charlie’s arrival immediately sparks excitement amongst the girls.

Georgia beams: “Literally all the girls were stood on the terrace. And we saw fresh blood. We were all so excited. I was like ‘who are they, where have they come from, how did they get here? So basically Josh I would say is my type, 100%. They’re very good looking boys so let’s give it to them.”

For Hayley, whose own pairing with Eyal is on the verge of a break down, Josh and Charlie prove a welcome a distraction:

“Obviously I’ve slept on the couch last night, my head was scrambled and stuff and then I’ve woken up to a special little delivery, come on!”

The boys are slightly less enthused by the new arrivals, with Wes earmarking them as strong competition:

“They’re definitely good looking boys, they’re in shape, that’s for sure. So yeah, they’ll definitely rock the boat. They’re coming in here with no loyalties to any of the lads, so it’s going to be a fun one to watch.”

Eyal concurs: “I was pretty shocked to wake up and see them standing in the garden and I’m not going to lie, they are good looking guys and slightly intimidating.”

Both Josh and Charlie admit they’re ready to embrace the game of love, with Charlie declaring: “Massive game changer. This is going to open some cans of worms.”

Later reflecting in the Beach Hut, he also states: “I’m excited to come in and ruffle a few feathers.”

Both are impressed with what’s on offer to them in the Villa, but Josh admits he’s in no hurry to couple up:

“I‘m obviously keeping my options open because there’s not one girl in this villa that I wouldn’t say, ‘do you know what, you could be my future wife?’”

Samira meanwhile finds herself confronted by a familiar face, when she meets Charlie, as she remarks “I recognise you.”

Charlie responds “I was waiting for that.”

Explaining Charlie’s familiarity in the Beach Hut, Samira reveals “So I know Charlie. I think we matched on a dating app. We texted, and then we just never met up and never spoke more. Yeah, it’s really strange seeing him in the flesh.”

Just as the Islanders are getting settled, another bombshell awaits – and this time it’s new girl Megan.
