Music fans heading to Festival Number 6 next month can now book on to its infamous Long Table Banquets.

The Long Table Banquets have become the essence of the festival's Food & Drink line-up and plans for Dinner At Clough’s for this years Festival No.6 sound sublime. Situated along the amazing picturesque White Horse Promenade overlooking the the River Dwyryd estuary, this year’s waterside feast will be created by the youngest chef to receive a Michelin Star, Aiden Byrne of Manchester House Restaurant and Lounge, former head-chef at St. John Bread and Wine James Lowe of Lyle’s and award winning Manchester chef Mary-Ellen McTague of Aumbry.

Mixed cured fish: Crab and basil mayonnaise on sour dough Gin cured salmon with pickled cucumber and fennel Sea bass carpaccio with carrot, ginger and passion fruit

Main course:
Texel lamb rack and tartare, Caws Mynydd Du Anna potato and rarebit glazed, braised onion

Dessert:
Gin and Tonic: Flavours of Hendricks: Rose, pink grapefruit and cucumber
